Shweta Pandey
Shweta represents the essential bridge between the rigorous world of high-tech project management and the profound depths of contemplative science. As a practitioner who has humbly navigated both corporate boardrooms and Himalayan monasteries, she brings a unique perspective to the Madhyamaka School, focusing on how ancient philosophical systems can solve modern psychological and operational challenges.
With a Bachelor of Technology in Information Science and a PGDBM in Systems and Finance, Shweta spent over 12 years leading complex initiatives for global giants like Tata, Reliance, and Suzlon. As a Scrum Master and Project Manager, she specialized in Change Management, Conflict Resolution, and Process Improvement. Her corporate career was defined by her ability to identify "Root Cause" issues and implement "KAIZEN" frameworks—skills she now applies to help college students, working professionals and spiitual seekers identify cognitive biases and mental inefficiencies.
Shweta’s intellectual journey is anchored in formal scholarship, holding a Master in Philosophy from Pune University and a PG Diploma in Buddhist Psychotherapy (Mindfulness). Her academic pursuit is matched by her lived experience; for the past three years, she has lived in various rural Himalayan towns, immersing herself in scriptural study under the guidance of revered sages and seers. A certified Buddhist Psychotherapist and Yoga Trainer, she has spent years mastering mantras and body-mind practices, distilling these seemingly complex tools into practical techniques for mental clarity.
At the Madhyamaka School, Shweta leverages her background as a Product Manager and Business Analyst to teach students how to treat their own minds as the ultimate "project", breaking down complex concepts of formidable learning and developmental benefits into easy to practice step-by-step methods. With compassion being the driving force behind her every action, she attempts to combine the precision of Agile methodologies with the stillness of Vedic meditation, empowering the next generation to make fearless decisions while maintaining a centered, equanimous intellect.
